Educational programme

Application deadline 8 December 2014 

Belarusian Collegium in partnership with Political Sphere Institute (Belarus), public associations Liberal Club and European Club (Belarus), Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania) and Institute of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania (Lithuania) announce call for applications for a new educational programme “European Union: politics, economy, culture”. The programme will offer an introduction to the contemporary European politics, economy, and culture. The courses will be taught by the  leading Belarusian specialists in the field. The programme will also include master classes, practical seminars and a summer school.

The classes will be held from 14 January till 31 May 2015 every Wednesday, 18.30-21.30. Summer school is scheduled for June 2015.

All people interested in receiving new knowledge on the European Union are encouraged to apply. The priority is given to senior students and persons with higher education before 30 years old.

The programme “European Union: politics, economy, culture” provides modern knowledge and skills of intellectual work and does not copy the existing programmes of state and non-state educational institutions of Belarus. 

The Collegium certificate does not qualify as a higher education diploma.

Studying in the Collegium is free.

The students will be enrolled after a competition based on interview results. To be invited to the interview, please:

In the motivation letter please indicate your experience of studiyng the European Union issues, the motivation of studying on the programme, professional career plans and the role of studying at European Collegium in your future life. The letter should be about 0,5-1 page long.
